According to Stanely Cup of Chowder the Bruins have come to an agreement with Miroslav Satan, a 35 year old goal scorer who should provide some depth in the winger department. TSN reported yesterday that the deal is for the rest of the season with a No Movement Clause and is around $700,000 (pro-rated).
Satan last played with the Stanley Cup Champion Pittsburgh Penguins and should score the Chuck Kobasew type goals that hasn't happened for this team. Honestly, I like the signing and it still leaves the door open for the Bruins to make a move for another goal-scoring winger.
According to Joe Haggerty of CSNNE.com, Satan will be wearing #81 for the Bruins, which continues to prove my theory of the #81 being evil.
