Stating he only wants to drop a couple pounds for beach season, unemployed quarterback JaMarcus Russell has filed a grievance against his personal trainer, accusing him of being 'way too energetic and active, especially early in the morning.'

"Dude, I'm not training for an ironman triathlon here," said Russell. "He's always so animated trying to encourage and motivate me. Way too lively. 'C'Mon Jamarcus, you can do it! Dig deep! One more rep!' Kinda makes me sick. Hey. Buddy. I already broke a sweat walking in here, what more do you want?"

The personal trainer, according to Russell, is too focused on what he thinks Russell should do, rather than focusing on the quarterback's modest personal fitness goals.

"All I want, is to go the the beach and not be embarrassed when I take off my shirt. This guy's got me doing multiple sets of weights and like twenty sit-ups in a row......without resting. He even tried to get me to ride a stationary bike for five minutes straight once. Last time I checked, this wasn't the Tour de France."

Russell has reportedly filed another grievance, this time against Pizza Hut, for failing to deliver the restaurant's entire pizza and pasta buffet to his house.
